4  Very near the most beatiful beach that I saw I had a good breakfast there at 8:30 in the morning. reservation is necessary cause it's in a very small village. and for who wants peace, nature, and rest Its perfect. you can sleep with the waves sound. rustic decoration, clean, and safe.  , brazil ()
1  Great location, bad service The hostel is located only a few steps from the beach, and this is awesome, but the breakfast is served from 10 to 11 a.m., which makes you miss basically half of your day waiting for it to be served. The reception is always closed and there is no one there to help you if you have any doubts or need any service. The owner and her mom, who helps her run the place, couldn't care less and are almost rude sometimes. Definitely the worst hostel experience I've had in Brazil so far.  , Brazil ()
1  BAD-Not even Worth a star Unfortunately this is the only hostel in Rio das Ostras and this is the main reason i satyed here. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone! The only positive point of the hostel is the location, other than that everything is crappy. The common area is dark, dirty n not appealing at all, which doesn't help to create a nice hostel atmoshpere... since there is no place to talk/meet new ppl.... The owners are the worse, I do not know if they speak english, but even tlaking their language they were the worse hostel owners i ever met, not friendly n helphul at all! The friendliest perosn is their dog! I really recommend you to rathwer spend a bit more money into a Pousada where you will enjoy better this nice little town and its brilliant Jazz fest than save money n have to stay at this CRAPPY place!!!!!!!!! I even would recommend the Hi hostel community to take this hostel out of their list! N the hostel doenst look at all like it is shown on the pics... (it already looks crappy tho..)  , Brazil/Swiss ()
