Absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough good things about Greg - Tom's and especially not about the staff. I've never come across more friendly, welcoming staff at any other hostel. I was welcomed to the hostel with a cup of coffee and a quick rundown on Krakow's hostels and highlights. Reception was manned twenty-four hours, which is pretty remarkable given how small the hostel is. They organised some kind of free event nearly every night, from city tours to clubbing excursions and champagne tasting. As well as that, the rooms are clean and spacious (no bunks!), the lockers big enough to stow all of your junk, the bathrooms spotless, the kitchen modern, the internet quick and free, and the breakfast delicious. This is a close to luxury as you can get in a backpackers' joint!

One of the best hostels I ever stayed in. All-you-can-eat breakfast in a kitchen that rather seems like a shared flat, so you really get to know your fellow travelers. Also the "living-room" works that way. The beds are already made when you get there, and the staff is really nice and helpful. And the showers are the best ones I ever used outside of a spa.

I stayed here for four nights and had a great time. The beds are comfortable, the staff are unbelievably friendly and easy to talk to, the location is nice and close to the train station, and showers always hot and hard. The staff make this hostel what it is. Well, the staff and the giant TV. Met some great people here and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone staying in Krakow!

Super. Excellent hostel. Very nice, helpfull and friendly staff with very good English knowledge. They provide you with all the information you need to explore the city. The hostel has a central location, near everything. Very easy to find from the rail/bus station situated just over the street. The room and toilet/shower are clean and delicate. Comfortable beds. Size is everything. I did like that it was not so big, so you immediately feel at home. I will use this hostel again next time I am in charming and beautiful Krakow.

I stayed at Greg-Tom for 5 nights in May 05 and I would recommend it to everyone. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Although the hostel is small, this is in my opinion gives it a more homely feel which is brilliant. The rooms and toilets were super clean and I will definitely stay here again when I visit.

This hostel has free Internet, free laundry, and free tea and coffee. It is tiny, it is personal, and Greg is lovely. They gave us loads of tips and made our stay in Krakow thoroughly enjoyable. Do not think of going anywhere else, it is perfect!!!

A fantastic place. There can only ever be about a dozen people staying at one time, so it is really cozy, while still having heaps of room in the lofty apartment. You just feel like you're staying at a well-stocked friend's house or something. They have a cool lounge with heaps of DVDs for crashing after a hard day of touring. The guys are nice, and free Internet and laundry is a complimentary combination I have not seen in any other hostel. Highly recommended.

This has been the best hostel I've stayed in, and I've stayed in plenty. When I first walked in the door they greeted my friends and me with maps and directions to good restaurants and all of the things we would need throughout the week. The free Internet was super! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thank you, Greg and Tom, for making our stay a pleasure!!

This is a very nice hostel run by extremely nice people. They told me everything about the city, Auschwitz and the Salt Mine. The hostel has its own, unique atmosphere I have never come across before! We congregated every evening with the staff and the other guests and then conquered the clubs! I will come back for sure. :) Oh, and they offer free Internet access, free laundry, cooking facilities and in the kitchen there is big TV set with cable TV and a DVD-player. You will really feel like you're at home.

Greg and Tom are really friendly and have lots of local knowledge about the cheapest ways to get somewhere. The location is excellent (one block from the train/bus station), so if you have an early train to catch or arrive at odd hours, this is THE place to stay. They have nice private rooms in another building a few blocks away, complete with a modern kitchen. The hostel currently lacks cooking facilities, but with the cheap restaurants close by, I don't know why you'd want to cook anyway. Since it's so new, they are always improving, so I wonder what it will look like in a year! Have you visited this Hostel? Post your comments here.
