4 Very good place
i was in london in november 2001. this hostel let me a good impression. the location its very nice. it's far from the city but in fifteen minutes you can be there by tube or by bus. i enjoyed the bus travel from the center of london to golders green. the attention in the hostel is was very good and friendly. i always remember this place. my dream is to be there again.

4 Hampstead Heath Hostel was very nice the roooms can hold an average of four to seven people I stayed in a room that only had three bunks they were clean and extremely tidy, I would love to come back here, staff were very friendly and helpful and my parents sent me between 20/8/06 - 26/8/06 on a summer camp in this particular hostel. For £100 (if you send your child on a summer camp for the first time) Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all included as well as excursions to the West End and visit to the Science Museum (lights camera action only).

2 I stayed here at the end of September 2005. My bed had crumbs in it! So I got my sleep sheet out and popped down the road to the shops to buy a pillow (I've never seen such thin, never mind dirty, pillows). The location is great, a quiet area well outside of the city center but only a few minutes walk from the Tube station. The building is beautiful but sadly neglected and run down. The rooms are shabby and not particularly clean, same for the bathrooms. I had breakfast on the first morning, but after seeing the kitchen and having sat in the dining area I decided to skip it for the rest of my 5-day stay. It's a real shame as this hostel has great potential. It's not terrible, I didn't rush to check out and find another place, but after having stayed in other YHA hostels I was somewhat disappointed. Next time I head to London I'll look for somewhere else.

2 Great food and nice place but the rooms were dirty and the beds were untidy with crumbs in them. Also, the walls were dirty and the sink had lots of hair in it. But we didn't go at a very popular time. And, as a small group of teenagers we didn't get a nice welcome, even though we didn't do anything wrong and were not the types to treat anyone or anything with disrespect.

5 I have stayed here repeatedly over the past eight years. It is very clean and well run. The rooms never have too many beds in them, so they tend to be quiet and restful.

4 A lovely, quiet hostel with a pretty garden that you can sit out in. It's not far from the station, so it was easy to travel into the city. The staff were really helpful, and they sold tickets for all the attractions, so we didn't have to queue for ages.
