I had a great time. I loved the Hammocks Hotel. It was clean and neat. The fact that they give you a free security locker, and they have a community kitchen, fully equipped, made it worth every cent. — Anonymous (2005-03-24)

Santa Teresa Hammock Hotel is what's happening! Friendly staff; we loved Marcos. It's the best surfing area in all Santa Teresa-Mal Pais. You cannot get any better for $6 a night. Loved the community kitchen and El Rancho, where we had our meals. — Anonymous (2005-03-05)

I rate this place the best in the Northern Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. Free spirited, great ambiance, great gardens, oceanfront. What else do you want for $6? — Anonymous (2004-06-06)
