I have stayed in two of the private rooms and they are just fine and the beds are comfortable. Nice towels are provided as well as a small bar of soap. For $5.00 more ($30.00 vs. $25.00) you can get a room with air conditioning. A minor negative is that carpets are really old and dirty and need to be replaced. A decent place but a little pricy by Bolivian standards.

Very clean hotel. Having a TV in the room was also a plus!
