Brisas del titicaca was a nice hostel but not a party hostel if thats what you're looking for. It was very cheap, two dollars and fifty cents a night and right next to the water. The photo above is not the hostel though, its close to the beach but not on it. They do have a curfew and got a little mad when we came in late and had to wake them up. Other than that it was great, hot water was a little scarce in the morning though.
