The Hostelz.com Review
Aquarius is located on a beautiful beach, and is only about five minutes from Nadi International Airport. It's a big converted beach house, with a poolside/beachfront restaurant, a really nice pool, and hammocks on the beach. It's not in the centre of town, but you can easily get to Nadi by taxi.
There is internet access, a comfortable lounge to watch TV on, and an on-site tour office. The rooms are clean and of decent size, and come with ensuite bathrooms. Linen is provided and the bunk beds are pretty comfy too.
Aquarius Fiji On The Beach is a small, friendly hostel, and is an excellent value for the money. It's pretty quiet, but an ideal place to stay for a rest before venturing out to Fiji's outer islands or flying out of Fiji, or as a beachside base for exploring Nadi and the surrounding area.

Hostelz.com Guest Reviews
Overpriced and pathetic in service This has no standards in service, tables are always randomly and incompletely set up, and guests have to get up all the time if they want anything. Food quality is average for Fiji, most dishes are dripping with grease and are well overpriced. The rooms are very basic, and it is surprising that a $115/night room has no tea/coffee/hot water and not even a fridge. My room has a mosquito net at the door which always fell over when opening the door. — Mike , New Zealand (2010-12-09)

The room actually had AC which was a huge plus and the staff are really nice (typical for fiji though), but this hostel is in a horrible location, close to nothing. The beach is very hard-packed sand and the water is murky at best, the only reason I stayed there was because it's really close to the airport. There are four or five hostels all on the same street here, so book one and check out the others for additional nights. — Mike (2007-01-30)

I had really good time while staying there. Friendly staff, comfy room, nice shower, good meal! it was excellent!! I wish I could come back as soon as possible. — ami (2006-11-28)

The hostel was clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's set in a nice beachside location with good facilities and only a short bus ride into town. Meals were good and the rooms were great. I would definitely come back here. — Emma (2005-09-07)
