loved this hostel. from the minute we arrived we felt very welcome and at home thanks to Bill, the legend! great atmosphere and is fun place to hang out day or night.would highly recommend it. it's much better staying in the resort rather than doing a day trip from santiago because you get the apres ski too.

Wonderful hostel with wonderful staff! The food was fantastic, especially the veggie food! It gets very cold up here in winter so the cozy fires and blankets were very welcome.

We love these guys! They got us out of a fix with another hostel and we haven't looked back yet. It's out of season and we may be the only two guests in this huge hostel, but the atmosphere is warm, just like the log fire burning in the lounge. The staff are ever so friendly and helpful, and by God can they cook! Drop by.

Very good location, rooms, staff, and bar. I love the ESCUDO and KUNSTMANN beer!!!
