We loved this place. It's not full of idiot drunken backpackers but still has a good atmosphere, and it's really close to things-- five minutes' walk to Northbridge (great Vietnamese restaurants -- also try indian on corner) and it's a ten-minute walk to the station/city. It really doesn't deserve to be called a 'hostel' -- you wouldn't be disappointed if paid to stay here as a hotel. It's polished floorboards throughout, modern kitchen, fast internet. staff are excellent too. Highly recommended.

It's an ok place but is so far away from the action — we stayed 2 nights then got tired of the 20-minute walk down the busy road to Northbridge and 30 minutes to the city. It's not a good area for getting a bus even.
The place is clean and was pretty much empty when we were there. It's good if you want a hidey-hole for a quiet stay.

This place is the best!!! The pictures on this site don't do it justice. It is efficiently run and very clean. Phillip, the owner, is extremely friendly and nice. He makes it a point to know everyone's name and make sure that you're ok. This place is quiet and when we were there it had guests who were considerate of others. Great place! I would highly recommend it to those visiting Perth.
