5 This hostel is tiny, occupying one floor of a building. There are only 10 beds in all (all co-ed), and one bathroom that is pretty small. The common area is comfortable and inviting, and the kitchen, though limited, seems to be a gathering area both in the morning and at night. There are no lockers here, but the staff is constantly around, watching the rooms and the people who come in and out of the hostel. This is relaxed place with few rules and few who are looking to party all night. The multi-staff spends their time with the guests instead of behind a desk, making this hostel feel more like a night with friends then a place to spend the night. The hostel also comes with some great perks, such as free sheets and showers, free use of the internet day or night, and no lockout or crefew. The library, which is well stocked in English and Spainish books, is a great place to find a novel to pass quiet days or nights with. Of course, there is no need to stay in here, the hostel is ideally located in the center of Granada, less than five minutes from shopping and nightlife. While this hostel is not as close to the Alhombra as some of the others in the city, it is certainly not far from it. It is a five minute walk to where the bus leaves for the monument, and it is a 15 minute walk to the gates. With the motto Granada being life is short, don't run, this hostel is all about taking it easy and having fun.

4 Good atmosphere, and great chilling-out space on the sofas. Shame about there being not enough hot water for a shower.

1 This place has quite a weird atmosphere, and it gets full of pretentious people who play bad jazz. You won't meet a Spaniard in there!!
