After a day’s sightseeing come in and relax in our fully equipped kitchen, internet area Wi-Fi and computers available, TV lounge, games/DVD room or BBQ courtyard.
We have safe and secure luggage storage, free of charge, whenever you need it - available 24/7 for all important items big & small.
Come and stay with us and enjoy a free light breakfast, which includes tea, coffee, fruit juice, choice of cereal, toast with preserve and yoghurts. Help yourself to free tea and coffee any time of the day or night.
Reception is 24 hrs so there is no curfew or lock out and there is always someone here for your every need including free local/travel info (we want to pass on all our insider tips so come and pick our brains!)
Feel free to ask us anything - from where to find the biggest roast dinner, the best pub toilets or a special pint of the local brew; we know it all!

We have a few activities at Hatters so you can meet some other like-minded people.

HATTERS ACTIVITY NIGHTS
Monday night is Movie Night at Hatters, curl up on one of our comfy sofas in front of the silver screen...the popcorn is on us!
Tuesday night is Pizza Night, free pizza for all our lovely guests – yum!
Wednesday night is Pancake Night we provide the mixture you cook it up - we recommend lemon and sugar or chocolate
Thursday night is Wii Night - get your Wii moves on for Hatters
Friday night Pub Crawl not to be missed!! See reception team for details.

Location	From Lime Street: Come out of the station, turning left. Continue until you reach Brownlow Hill. Take a slight left then Mount Pleasant will appear on the right. Take this turning and you will soon see us on the right-hand side. We are no 56-60. From Liverpool Central Train Station: Head north on Fairclough Street and then turn right at Ranelagh Street. Now turn right on Renshall St, take a slight left at Brownlow Hill and then turn right onto Mount Pleasant. We are number 56-60. From the Coach station: Come south on Fraser Street (towards Lime St Train Station) then when you hit London Rd on the bottom turn right. At the main set of traffic lights, turn right onto Seymour St. Continue straight on as it becomes Russell St and then Clarence St (funny English city habit of changing street names halfway down!!) You will come to a crossroads and see Mount Pleasant on the right. Take this street and you will soon see us on the right. We are number 56-60 Don't forget - we are here to help so if you get lost, or just want a friendly voice to guide you just give us a ring! We can email you your own map if you need some visual help!!

This hostel was amazing, both physically due to facilites, cleanlieness and location but in my opinion mostly due to the staff. They were incredibly helpful and though I forget her name, the girl on reception had an exceptionally high standard of customer service, beyond what one would expect from a hostel employee. Only stayed one night but it was great! I wish that I had an excuse to go back to Liverpool because this place would have been so much more fun to hang out there longer. The staff rocks- incredibly helpful, friendly, and funny. Didn't hurt that the two guys working the desk were very very attractive as well. The position is easy to get to by bus/ or taxi from LPL Airport (Just take a taxi, it's only about £15 or so). Easy walk to the pier and shopping. Good location. Clean room. Quiet Place. It only takes no more than15 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street Station to here and easy to find the place. There is a Tesco near here in 3 minutes.
