Location	•We're located near Casino de la Selva bus station, in there you can take local route 4 and get down in laurel, and walk twon blocks. • The cosmopolitan, charming "city of the eternal spring," with its marvelous climate, flowers, swimming spots and lovely architecture always extends a warm welcome to visitors. Only 90 km from Mexico City, Cuernavaca is the jewel city in the state of Morelos. Its climate (average temperature is 20º C) and the crystalline waters of its swimming spots have attracted visitors from Mexico and all over the world for a very long time now. • From Casino de la Selva Bus Station, you can take route 4 public transport or go to Av. San Diego and get down in laurel, from there we're two blocks away.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful. The hostel is clean and secure, and surprisingly nice compare to many hostels I have stayed in across the United States. It was not that far from downtown or the tourist sights. I really enjoyed my stay and the lack of curfew made it possible for us to experience the awesome nightlife of Cuernavaca and allowed me to hang out with my friends. I also appreciated the host's meet and greet of my friend Alberto -- just like parents making sure we were safe. Be prepared for an invitation to rock out with the hosts, as they have a rock band and practice nightly in the common area (fairly early, so they are not disturbing). I really enjoyed my stay at Mondala Hostel and will most likely stay there again. I have also recommended Mondala Hostel to my friends and family. — Mary-Ann (2007-02-16)

This hostel is very secure, you can relax. The service is great and, best of all, it's cheap. The only con: its location--you're 20 min by taxi or 30 min by public bus from downtown. — Tony R. (2004-08-12)
