Verry nice hostel, only quite hard to find when you arrive. It's in the same building as the hotel natzionale (big sign on the building). They don't have a kitchen, but hey, who needs a kitchen in Italy.

This was a very nice hostel to stay at. Six rooms and two bathrooms down the hall. Everything was kept very clean. You are even supplied with towels if you need them. I especially liked the fact that we were given keys to all the entrances. It truly did feel like a home to us during our five day stay. I just wish that there was air conditioning during that scorching heat wave the last week of June!
Things in the area...
1 - Laundromat right across the street.
2 - "99 cent store" to the left of the entrance (for those 1.5L bottles of water on a hot day!).
3 - To the right of the entrance is an awesome restaurant!!! We ate there every night. Great full meals for 12 Euro. The food is awesome and everytime we went there the portions got bigger!
4 - A sweet little park with grass and trees in the middle of the city.

Very nice. It's kind of hard to find but it is on one of the main streets, very close to the train station. Very clean! Good hot showers. Reception hours are kind of tough but they are understanding. Case in point: I was going to arrive 45 minutes late due to a train strike in Italy and we e-mailed the owner our situation and she waited for us to arrive. If you arrive late your keys will be at a cafe next door. Very convenient! Great place!

This hostel is very nice and has a reasonable price. We paid 23 euros for a room with 6 beds. The rooms are very clean and the staff friendly. It has a good location — a little hard to find but just follow the directions on one of the hostels Web sites. Office hours are kind of short, 8:30 — 1:30-ish, but the owner is more than welcome to leave the keys next door or meet you some other time. She gives you keys to all of the doors so you can come and go. It doesn't come with breakfast but she gives you recommendations of where to go. A pretty small hostel with only 3 to 4 rooms.

I stayed here for two nights in March. It is an above average hostel. We stayed in a five-bed dorm room, which was spacious and had comfortable beds. While we were there the street outside was closed for construction so it was quiet. There were only two baths, but they were very clean and I never had to wait long. The biggest drawback was the reception hours. The staff were there only from 8:30 to 1:30. You got keys to all the doors so you could come and go as you please. Over all, it's a small but good hostel for a good price.

Well, my boyfriend and I stayed on the other side of the hall and had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. The owner is also very friendly. We met some pretty fun people who were staying across the hall. I loved the way they decorated our little room. As far as I can tell, there are three rooms on the street side that are larger and you will get one of these if you want to be in a room with more than two beds. On the other side of the hallway, there is a little room with a bunk bed and a fish and duck motif on the walls (this was our room) with a balcony, shared with the other room on this side. The other room is the romantic deluxe room because it is larger with a double bed and the balcony with the view of the Duomo. There is also an espresso machine that the owner shows you how to use when you check in. There are only two bathrooms, but you can always sit on the balcony and enjoy the view while you wait.

This is a floor of rooms with a four-story walk up. Two showers and bathrooms for the whole place, and windows right onto a busy street, make for a rather uncomfortable stay. The place is very clean, though, and the rooms themselves are spacious and nice. It is a bit over-priced for what you get, considering the street noise and breakfast you have to pay for (which you can get cheaper right across the street). The location is very good, though, in a nice part of town and near many things such as the markets and laundry. There's no atmosphere, and it's not a place to meet people. It's just a so-so spot to crash for a night.
