We booked this guesthouse the night before we came to Florence, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's very close to the train station, beds, rooms, and bathrooms were all clean. The reception staff were nice; they gave us a map of Florence when we arrived and then we did not see them again. We paid for a four-person room and got a double, so I can't complain about that. It was close to the train station, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and it was very, very clean. My friend and I paid only 20 euros per person for a huge private room, which is very cheap for hostels in Europe based on conversations I've had with other tourists.
