I was intending to stay at this location until I read clause 1a of their terms and conditions, and I would urge any other person intending to visit there to check this also. This clause absolves them in the event that their negligence causes you injury, death, loss, damage, etc. Quite unbelievable — isn't this the purpose of public liability insurance? — Roger Jones (2005-08-03)
