4 Very good
I came to Dingo's to do the self drive fraser Island trip and it was excellent! The rooms were clean and the bar was lively! The food was good too! Self drive Fraser was great too! Everything was ace!

3 Hostel is nice, rooms are spacious, and most have own bathroom for each set of six beds. Great meal options every night. This hostel was really let down by the bugs in the wicker chairs next to the bar, which gave all my friends rashes. We complained to management but don't think anything was done. If they sort this out, it'll be a top hostel.

4 This place is nice! Everything is very clean and the dorms are really good. Pancakes could be better, but at least they're for free. Four stars only, instead of five, because the kitchen is not so good -- needs some more pots and pans and plates and stuff.

4 this hostel was really nice and modern, doing the fraser trip with this company was awsome. the meals are good. The only strange thing is they have four or five TVs which have programs on them but they have music going continually so you never get to watch TV. And also when you get back from Fraser and are in desperate need of doing washing of course they charge you an arm and a leg for the washing machines. But good free pancakes for breakfast!

3 Dingo's was a nice place and busy with people going off to fraser island, but when they had gone to fraser island it was sead in the hostel and rainbow beach has nothing to offer outside the hostel.

4 I stayed here for four nights last year when I was doing my Fraser Island trip and I have to say it was one of the nicest places we stayed. They did muck up our Fraser Island booking but they were most apologetic and ended up giving us a free night. The Fraser Island trip is not to be missed and organized so well by dingoes!!! The free dinner is really good, too, not just your usual pasta but actually tasty!

5 A great hostel!! Clean, comfortable and a great atmosphere! The $4 meal every night is well worth it. The portions are huge (and you get seconds)!! The Fraser trip through Dingos was so well organized and explained! I'd recommend this hostel for sure!

5 Dingoes was an excellent resort, but I am still waiting for my didgeridoo(hopefully it will come soon). Turtle, it was great seeing you again in Surfers. Thanks to all the staff and great people I met before my venture on to Fraser island. Cheers.

5 We did our Fraser Island trip from here, spending a night before and a night after in Dingos. It has the best atmosphere of any hostel I stayed in during my trip to Oz. Rooms were fine. They do a great job keeping you entertained from the second you get there. Here's a quick Turtle tip — the most important thing to buy on Fraser Island is chocolate and ice cream. Mmm!

5 This was by far the best hostel I stayed at in Australia. I was travelling the East Coast as many do and out of all the hostels I visited Dingoes was the best. People there were so friendly, especially Turtle!! Dingoes is a great hostel to stay at if you are going to Fraser Island or you just want to chill out. It was great to be there and I would have no doubts about staying there again the next time I visit Australia.

5 This is a quality hostel. I stayed here in March. I enjoyed it so much I got some work here building the new rooms down at the bottom. You could not ask for nicer people to work with. Everyone had time to stop and chat. I take my hat off to you guys (Graham and Kristy). Happy days will never be forgotten. Keep up the good work guys.

4 I have just come back from a travelling trip to Oz. I stayed at Dingo's and did the Fraser Island trip through them. It was absolutely brilliant--I had a fab time! The staff were really helpful and enthusiastic. The trip was organised well, although we had to pay a silly amount for a lost spoon. 'Don't lose equipment' is my motto!

4 The staff were great, helpful and friendly. The dorms were okay, but the organization of the Frazer Island trip was superb. I had a great time here, and I recommend Rainbow Beach and Dingo's to anyone who is planning on going to Australia.
