I like the fact that the lodge is close to public transport and that if I were to give directions to somebody I am sure the person would not get lost. It is a type of lodge one could recommend for people who would like to visit Cape Town.
There is one most important thing I would like to bring to up so it's attended to urgently! Patricia, she needs to learn to wear a smile. She should be approachable. I suggest that she take a customer service skills course. She makes life difficult for people who approach her, and when it comes to explaining or directing she seems unwilling to co-operate. She must know that people ask because they do not understand, not because they are undermining her. At least that's how I can interpret her behavior.
