I stayed at this place in December 2003. It was cheap but very dirty, and the bedding smelt very bad. Worse, I was supposed to get a fifty- percent refund of my money because I did not stay for the duration of my booking there, but to this day I have not received my refund. Its 10 months since I stayed there, but to date (Oct. 14, 2004) I have not received anything. Every time I have asked the KZN Tourism to assist me, they too have not been helpful. — NEO (2004-10-14) When I stayed there it was probably the cheapest hostel in the area, but it was very crummy and dirty and disorganised. The rooms were tiny and only a few of the rooms had balcony views. The most annoying thing was there was a neverending supply of people who wanted to borrow money.
