Stayed here in August 2004. When we arrived we had problems getting the room we had reserved by phone an hour and a half before showing up. They gave it out because we weren't there in an hour from our call but after negotiations we got a spare room in the top floor (used for storing linen) for half the price!! For the next night we moved to a proper room. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, although basic. Showers and toilets were also clean and well maintained. You didn't need to wait to get in one. The price didn't include a breakfast. There was a kitchen, but there weren't any utensils, so bring a pot if you plan to cook. Apart from the initial hassle (which turned out ok at the end), the service was good. It's a quiet hostel on a quiet street so it's a place for those who want to sleep. The location isn't that central, but the tram basically takes you to the door step. Once you figure it out, it's no problem getting there. If you look at it on a map, get a proper city map, as the small tourist maps, concentrated on the center, don't cover this area.
