Please be aware that we open in May and close in August for our summer accommodation period at the University of Ottawa. During this time, we rent out our suite-style units at 90 University as well as our single and double rooms in the conventional residences.
Our suite-style units include two separate bedrooms -- each equipped with a double bed, desk and chair, high-speed internet, television, and telephone with free local calls -- a private three-piece washroom with shower, and a kitchen area. The small kitchen includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and a table for two. The air-conditioned rooms are $99 per night (including breakfast) for single or double occupancy. A $10 charge applies for each additional guest, to a maximum of 4 adults per unit. We also have a family rate of $95 (two adults, two children under 12), and a $500 weekly rate (breakfast not included).
The rooms in our conventional residences are either single or double bedrooms (one or two twin beds). They include a telephone with free local calls, high-speed internet, and a desk and chair. Separate male and female washroom facilities are shared on each floor. There is no air-conditioning. The single rooms are $40 per night for adults and $30 per night for students. The double rooms are $60 for adults and $50 for students. For occupants staying in the conventional residences for a minimum of 30 days, we have specials rates available.
