The Bunker provided me with a holiday to remember! The highlights were relaxing in a gorgeous jacuzzi, in the bar and over dinner, chatting to new friends after busy days on the slope and all of this for no extra cost. Your sleeping area is for just that, so don't be too alarmed at the set up. As a single woman traveling alone it took a little getting used to, but the social side of the place, pool, ice rink, hot showers, and the proximity to town could not be beaten. This was one of my best holidays ever!! — Lucy (2006-02-18) The Bunker is an "experience" -- my first stay in a real live nuclear bunker! If you don't mind staying "underground" in a cold basement in triple stacked bunk beds, it's fine. In terms of location and cost, it's terrific. Do not expect great sleeping though -- this is a true hostel experience. But for cost and the chance to ski Verbier, it can't be beat. — Patrick (2005-11-11) The Bunker is the best place to stay for those of us on strict budgets. The package deals are unbeatable. Beds are nice, the bus to lifts is right outside, and there are bars within walking distance. The free showers, meals, pool, and Jacuzzi are all fantastic.
