The functional bedrooms, most with 2 to 6 beds, are one thing. Almost more important are the meeting places in the hostel: the spacious entrance hall on the ground floor thrives on the international atmosphere of the guests. Furnished in a modern style, it provides an ideal meeting point. Guests who are just checking in hang around here, as do those who have just returned from conquering the city and want to rest for a while before sampling the nightlife. Right next door are the library with reading room. And if you fancy a snack between the generous breakfast and the evening meal, you can always get one.

It was way to get to on the bus from the.station. The staff were very helpful. The wifi was amazing. If you too lazy yo go into town at night you can buy dinner there which may.seem expensive but you have to remember you are in switzerland and every thing is expensive there..

It was easy to find with all the help from the tourist office, bus driver, and basically anyone else I met on the street. The free breakfast buffet was incredible! Sheets were clean, beds were comfortable, WIFI signal was great, and the front desk people were incredibly helpful. It was the best hostel I've stayed in so far!

It's quite far from the train station. Actually it takes about 25 mins with luggages from the station to the hostel. And there are too many rules and no lock at the room.

This is a pretty good place to stay. It's nice and clean, but what else do you expect in Switzerland? Free bed sheets, free locker, free shower. It's pretty far away from everything and really hard to find -- it's on a back road around a bend with no signs on the main road. Just DON'T use the internet there! It is a TOTAL rip off. 1 Franc for 5 minutes. The computer froze when I paid for 10 minutes and the staff just shrugged and said, "Not my problem." — Julie (2004-05-26)
