HI, and welcome to the windmill. we are built in the heart of el Valle de Anton. right on Main Street on around 5 acres of land with a small stream running through it. we have a large field that we have set up a volley ball court, and there is room for football as well. we have set up a large area for everyone beside the hostel, we started with a swimming pool, then added a rancho with large table and other seating areas, then we added 2 outside poolside bbq full kitchens, so you can cook and chill around the pool, both have gas stoves, microwaves, sinks, bar seating, one has a gas grill, the other has charcoal. we then added a small seating garden, with lights and glass waterfall, there is also a seating area with black lights, and lights coming up through the floor, can be used for a dance floor. there is a shower out there as well as a bathroom, and we also have a large ice machine. The whole area is walled in to make it more private. this area is open every night till 10 p.m. sat. 12 p.m. music is allowed, as well as drinking, the only thing we ask is that you have no glass around the pool and you wear swim wear. we have free parking out front, and its all well lite up. we also have security cameras placed all over the entire place. Our wi fi is free and open and it ROCKS, we have set up A.P'S all over the place. we offer bikes to rent, most places charge you 4.00 per hour for theirs, we charge 10.00 for the entire day. check in/out. our office is open to serve you at 9. a.m. and check out is at 1.p.m. we have built a large game room area, which is open till 9 p.m. that has a TV set, books to read, a pool table, a ping pong table, a football table, and seating areas all around. We have set up two fully equipped kitchens for your use. we have lockers outside the main dorms. each dorm bed has a curtain, power plug and light. we tried to build rooms that would fit everyones needs. so we have two rooms with 12 beds each, one is 16.50 the other is 22.50 per person, that one has a/c. then we have a private room with one queen bed for a couple, for 45.00 these are all shared bathrooms, which we have 5 showers and 6 toilets all with hot water. then you can move up to a private queen room that has a.c, tv and private bathroom these are 65.00 per night. in total we have 28 rooms. camping is 10.00 per person. pets are ok, children under 5 are free. we are behind a restaurant named ZAPOTES, where you can get great pizza, fish, bbq ribs, chicken all at a great price, you are then a block walk either way from stores and other places to eat.

The number one mistake many of our tourist make is to take the bus to ANTON. we are NOT IN ANTON. we are el Valle de Anton. ANTON is 40 k.m. past the turn off to come up the mountain to us. and once you find this out, it will add about 80 k.m to your travel time to back track. If you do this, I would say to you to keep going, there is nothing in Anton, or the next few towns worth stopping in. maybe try to hit us on your return. So at albrook mall in the back they have buses that run all over the country, you can buy a ticket there for where ever you are going, a ticket from there to el Valle should cost around 5.00. per person. it will be on a shorter white bus maybe 40 persons, these run all day. and away you go. that bus will bring you right to us, once in town, just yell for them to stop in front of ZAPOTES RESTAURANT, WE ARE RIGHT BEHIND IT. should see a real 45 foot tall windmill.
