My New Zealand Home
Had a wonderful four months at the beach hostel 2003 -- felt comfortable and welcoming the moment i arrived! In a brilliant location with the beach so close, town nearby, and easy distance to Abel Tasman national park. i do hope to return some day.

Very friendly hosts, but the place could do with a bit of a clean. Doesn't come with sheets/blankets.

This hostel is in the most beautiful location you can imagine, and only 2 minutes from the beach! After a 1-month stay at this hostel, we couldn't imagine being anywhere else! The atmosphere is so friendly and it's easy to meet fellow travelers. The facilities are kept remarkably clean, and the landlords made us feel like we were at home! We love you, Barry!

It's great, it has a good landlord and you basically can do anything you want as long as you clean up after yourself. The people are quite friendly, and it is a relaxed environment. Colin is great! Thanks, Colin, we will be back.
