Description
We are the gateway to Death Valley,the ghost town of Rhyolite is just 5 miles down the road,the hostel itself is from Rhyolite and it used to be a brothel in the late 1800's and early 1900's,So the building itself has a lot of character,We do serve a John Wayne breakfast We also do laundry for a miminal amount.There are restraunts,pubs and casinos Post Office,Museum,park all within walking distance.We are not set up for wheel chairs.There are stairs you have to climb

I stayed at the Happy Burro a couple of years ago and it was great. I staged there to take day trips into Death Valley. The bed was comfy and clean, the shower just fine, and the people were the absolute best. I'll stay here next time I go to Death Valley.
