This hostel is run by a very nice lady who really goes out of her way to make sure everybody staying at the hostel is comfortable and happy. There may be drunk people about, but they're to be found at any hostel in Australia, the owner can't help that! It's a nice and clean hostel, not expensive, and set up in a beautiful environment. Bathrooms are clean and tidy, there are plenty of DVDs to watch if you're bored (two tellies with digital TV) and there's always a nice woodfire going! Check this place out to find out for yourself!

it has got to be the most disgusting place that i have ever stayed in. the owner is nothing but a drunk and is more than happy to accommodate anyone of the same lifestyle.

I was really impressed with everything in the hostel. There's a new owner who makes you feel at home and she has overhauled and renovated the entire place. All the bathrooms are gorgeous and the rooms are really comfortable. It was almost better than being at home!

This page is outdated. I found this hostel unkempt and smelly. The bathroom facilities are in terrible state. It appeared to be more of a cheap flophouse than a backpackers. I do not recommend staying here.
