Great!
Everything we could've wanted! These guys were happy to provide us with anything we needed. The facilities were clean, the food was good, and the staff were extremely helpful. The hostel overall is very professionally run, we were satisfied -- will most likely be returning in the future.

Clean, friendly staff, great location (once I found it which took two and a half hours). Definitely get the 5 Euro dinner every night. So delicious and obviously worth the price. you won't eat better or cheaper anywhere else.

I visited Berlin in October 2003. I had a fantastic time. The Youth Hostel was great, really clean and food was ok. Berlin is a wonderful city and this hostel is in an ideal location to explore it.

Of all the hostels in Germany I've been to, this was the nicest. It was within walking distance to everything, and there was a bus stop right beside the hostel. It was a 20 minute walk to the train station and downtown. It's really close to a lot of attractions like the Brandenberg Gate and the parliament building (the Reichstag). It had a big kitchen with good food, and the staff were really nice. And they all spoke English!

It was a nice place, but a bit loud at night. The cleaning lady was a bit pushy for you to get out of your room. Breakfast was pretty good, very large selection. The hostel is located very close to most of the downtown attractions. Yes there is no curfew, but you have to wait every hour to get in, but that was only a pain in the winter when it's cold. It fills up rather quickly because they seem to be the "main" hostel in Berlin.

They say no curfew! What they mean is you have to wait for every full hour at night to get in!
