Oh Zarela, my mom in another country, how do you do it? The logistics, the hot showers, the nights at vagamundo and that dance place (forgot the name), the marker, the burritos, the breakfast, the rooms, OK so anyway for all you travelers this is the best hostel in the World, not to mention Peru. I'm considering quiting my job stateside and I'm going to be the chef and bartender (once I convince Zarela to have a bar (too loud for my guests, she says)) Cheers. — James Woods (2005-12-08) This is my favorite place in Huaraz; you will feel like you're at home. — Beto Santillan (2005-06-03) I have stayed there four years now. Zarela is by far the best hostess anyone could meet. If you are looking for climbing, hiking, or biking information, Zarela has it. She will arrange guides and transportation.
