Lovely place, great staff, yummy breakfasts. Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, particularly Helena, who 1) let us check in and sleep as soon as we arrived off the bus in Villarrica at 8:30 am, even though we hadn't even made a reservation and 2) not only booked our trip for us up volcano Villarrica, but got up at 6 to make us breakfast before we left. Our room had a gorgeous view of the volcano, and though small, the bed was very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would come back again. — Sineád , Ireland (2011-04-26)

I had a completely amazing experience in Chile, but the hotel kind of ruined it! — Anonymous (2004-10-04)
