Big shit dont stay here! you can do nothing. there is no bbq, no TV room, you cant use the balcony before 3 p.m., forget the pancakes, and if you need help dont ask the "manager." he's not here for you.

Nice people, very clean rooms and very relaxed. Loved the pancake breakfast!

There's no swimming pool, but the atmosphere and the hammocks, the smaller, more personal rooms (I find it's easier to get to know people) and free boogie boards all make up for it. Oh yes, if you can force yourself out of bed after a night at Cheeky Monkey's there are free pancakes as well. Top.

I had a fantastic stay here. It's probably one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, it was clean. Is that old hippie guy still there? I can't remember his name. A great stay.

My sheets were clean and sweet. It was so comfy to drop into bed after a night out. I thought it was great.
You do have to keep the insect repellent handy (and this applies to most of Oz!) to keep the mosquitoes, sand flies and midges at bay, especially in coastal areas, creeks and lakes.

This is one of the worst hostels I've ever stayed in. It's overpriced, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and, most importantly, it is unclean. I have scars from the numerous bug bites I got from their beds. If you can manage it, try not to stay there.

Great hospitality. I felt at home, far from my home...Italia!
