The Hostelz.com Review
Viajeros is a small, quiet hostel with a good location. The reception area has a table and chairs where breakfast is served and people meet. It is warm and inviting, and has an Internet terminal and information about the trips the hostel can organise. Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and some french toast and jam.
The rooms and kitchen face out onto a large grassy area where there are some chairs. The large kitchen is basic with a cooker and BBQ/grill, but has very few utensils. The rooms are basic with bunk beds and a single bed. They are clean but a bit shabby with paint peeling off the walls. All rooms have a TV and a small, cramped bathroom.
It's very easy to find. From the bus station, pass the old train station and ahead of you is San Martin. Walk about 6 blocks and turn right. Gob Maiz is parallel to San Martin.
Overall the hostel has a good location near the bus station, town and beach and has a sociable, friendly feel.

I stayed for a little less than a week in Hostel Viajeros with two friends and it was really great! The people who work there are young, the atmosphere is really welcoming, and the price is really cheap, too! A great place to stay when visiting Puerto Madryn! — Solveig (2005-06-30)
