Very Impressed A group of young teenagers and adults stayed here for two weeks. they were very helpful toward us. it was a lovely place to go to and the accommodation was perfect for the children.

The best kept secret in Uganda! Great people, helpful staff, boda-boda's right outside the gates, and close to everything. So don't tell everyone, just special friends!

I live in Kampala and am a regular at this place. The bar is one big chill-out lounge, with great music and lots of sofas, and the food is excellent. Colleagues down from the head office prefer staying here to the Sheraton. That says it all, really.

This is a fabulous place to stay! It has a very pleasant atmosphere with knowledgeable staff eager to help visitors. The managers (Marc and Steve) make you feel right at home and were extremely friendly. There is a fantastic restaurant and bar with a band that plays live music several nights a week. During the day there is a swimming pool for relaxing and a great common room with a large TV and a pool table. The rooms are always clean and it is just a short ride away from the center of town. Definitely stay here if you are visiting Kampala!

Wonderful. It was relaxing and lots of fun. The pool is gorgeous and the food and music is lovely. Try the club TLC and the rooftop bar, which are boda boda [taxi] rides away.

Beautiful and relaxing setting. There is great food and music, and Marc is so sweet and hospitable. It's definitely a place to go if you're in Kampala. I went there quite often--at least once a week for drinks and to enjoy the music.

I never stayed there but was there every night for copious amounts of alcoholic beverages with Marc and the GANG!!! Don't forget to go rafting with Pete, Ian, Hendri and co. So stay at Blue Mango. It truly is the place to stay in Kampala.

This is a brilliant hostel! The food's good, the pool's fab and the bar's even better! It's totally secure (there's a security guard every night), clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and if you want to taste some of Kampala's nightlife your only a 2 minute taxi/boda boda ride away. Just Kicking & Al's Bar are always good!
