4  This youth hostel was excellent. The hostel was very clean and the employees were VERY accommodating.  ()
4  I stayed one night with a large church group of 5 families. Family rooms were available in 3 and 4 bed configurations with private bath. Rooms were actually about 4 blocks from check-in desk, in what appears to be an old hotel obtained by the hostel. It's very easy to find on the southwest corner of the ring road. Use Erfurt West exit from the autobahn. Parking was a challenge. It's about a 2.5-mile walk from the central city sights. The staff spoke good English, several had attended school in UK or US. I will stay there again.  ()
3  Travelling to this hostel is pretty easy as there is a tram that stops just down the road from the hostel(number 5 from the Haupbahnhof to Steigerstrasse) and the signs point the way from there. The hostel itself is in a fairly quiet residential area and seems more of a family hostel. Good if you are looking for a quiet nights sleep but not if you came to party! There is internet access which you have to pay for but only one computer so sometimes there may be a queue. Also the common room is fairly large with chairs, a tv and pool table. The rooms were clean with an en-suite bathroom, if not a little plain. There are also lockers in the room. Breakfast is included in the price and is served pretty early in the morning (i think till 9). The usual stuff, with cereal, bread rolls etc. Overall, no complaints other than it being a bit quiet but facility wise, everything is there.  , England ()
2  It was wonderful. Your language is so easy. Thank you for the good time. We'll see you again. Lisa and Christa  ()
