Loved it, loved it Could not have found a better location, everything is walking distance. Very pleased with the cleanliness. I have recommended it to all my friends.

AMAZING. The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that it didn't have a kitchen (which I didn't even notice until now) and the stairs are a bit of a pain when you are on the 5th floor. But really, the rooms are incredibly clean, there are showers in the rooms, the beds don't feel like they're falling apart, and whenever you want to leave this lovely little place, there's only a small park between you and the beach. The staff was excellent as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Nice.

This place is more like a hotel then a hostel. It was very nice and clean. It has a great location (right by the beach in the heart of Nice) and it's very affordable. If you're on a budget and in Nice I would recommend you stay at Hotel Paradis.

This place is in a great location, has a nice and friendly staff and a very good rate. The room is clean and comfortable. The only down side is that there is no kitchen. And there is no free Internet, as is claimed on this webpage.

Top location, secure, very clean, no curfew and most of the staff are friendly. On the downside, there are no common rooms or kitchen facilities and the internet is only accessible from the one computer at reception which they are always using. Make sure you go to Waynes Bar while in Nice which is a short stagger away.
