I love Michelle when i visited Coonawarra earlier this year, i fell in love -- with the camp of course! it was so much fun, i loved playing tennis with my friends and the giant swing was the best experience ever! i also loved the trail rides, i wish Ann and Ron were my parents! Coonawarra has a great crew, there all extremely helpful and are so much fun to be around. Craig, one of the workers, is a real hottie! I also love Michelle, she is so awesome, cant wait to go back again to see her and go on the high ropes course! (i chickened out last time.) i really rate this camp, everyone should experience it for themselves! — Jess Rees , Australia (2009-02-13)

Great Experience An awesome camp. Everyone at my school agrees that last year was the best camp ever. Next year I'm going to high school and guess what? We're going to Coonawarra. Everyone's jealous and I know we'll have a great time. The accommodation, activities, food, and bedtimes were great. I will always remember Coonawarra as a great camp. — Maddy (2008-11-02)
it was really bad. i didnt like it at all. don't go there -- it's wasting your money. well it has some good points to it. — la de da , australia (2007-04-18)

It was a great experience -- I went there last year for a school camp! — yourmum (2006-05-18)

AMAZING! The giant swing is the best. The flying fox is ok. Horseback riding — AWESOME.
P.S. If you go horseback riding here get SMOKIE! — Jano (2005-11-24)

I think it was the best camp ever because we got to go to bed at 11:30 every night and we had supper at 10:30. So over all it was the best. And thanks to the staff at our school; without them this would not have happened. And I would like to thank Sticks, Damion and Kayle. — Emily (2005-11-17)

I want to go back and have a great time, like I did on my school camp. I'll be back! — Rocky (2005-10-16)

Camp Coonawarra is the best camp ever. I have only just migrated from Wales (near England) and Camp Coonawarra is so much better than the camps over there. I came to Camp Coonawarra with my school, Belgrave South Primary School, a couple of months ago. My best activity was the flying fox. First of all I didn't want to go. After I got there I didn't want to come home. I was in bunkroom ten and the people who say bad things are wrong. The rooms are heated and the food is delicious. So don't listen to them. I recommend this farm resort to schools and family. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Take it from me. I am an 11-year-old and it takes a lot to amuse me. This did!!! Another big thanks to all the staff at Camp Coonawarra. I hope I come back soon. — Beth Bateman (best camp ever) (2005-09-22)

Coonawarra is great. I was scared by the flying fox but the staff are always there to help when needed. If you or your teachers are looking for a great camp, Coonawarra is the place to go. Thanks to Sticks, Jacko and Dan. You have great food. So come on, come to Coonawarra and you will have the time of your life. — Emma Clarke (2005-08-25)

When I was on mid-term holidays (June 2005) my mother, siblings and I stayed at Metung (1 hour 15 minutes from Coonawarra, near Lakes Entrance). Two times during those holidays we went to Coonawarra for the trail rides. The staff are great, and thanks to Ron for a great 2-hour trail ride. First, I rode Jedd and then Nibbles (I loved Jedd's canter). On the way home, I cried because I didn't want to leave. — Alice Templeton (2005-07-31)

I love Coonawarra! I have been there four times now, and I reckon it's great! They have a pool, tennis courts, HEAPS of camp-like rooms, 3 flying foxes and MUCH more! I didn't want to leave! I went on the trail rides all of the four times I have been to Coonawarra Farm Resort. I have ridden Jed two times, Caddie once and Nibbles once. The best horse was Jed. He is an orange and white Skewbald, and has a beautiful canter. =) — Alice Templeton (2005-07-06)

Coonawarra is great!!! The food is awesome, thanks to you Jacko. The activities are really fun and the property is beautiful in the bush setting. Thanks to all the staff at Coonawarra for my fun time. And thanks to the owners for showing us their gorgeous puppies!!! I'll be back :). — Anonymous (2005-05-23)

I found this camp pretty excellent to stay at, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to go. Ignore the people who say there's an early bedtime and bad food, because it's the EXACT OPPOSITE! I loved it! — Rosa-Lee (2005-04-08)

Coonawarra was heaps of fun and I loved the horse riding. Thanks to Megan, Damien, Jacko and Sticks for running our camp. My horse was Chicko. — Julz (2005-03-24)

I've been to Coonawarra twice now, as a caregiver for disabled kids. The staff are mostly great, but I found that the old staff were nicer. I rate the food at about a 6 out of 10. Activities are awesome — especially the pool, horses and canoes. It has lovely grass and barbecue areas and a great Rec. Hall for DVDs and dancing!! :) — Me (2005-03-13)
