| Location | The Dag is located on the 20,000 acre working sheep and cattle station called "Wombramurra". The station is owned and operated by the Howarth family along with their team including stock managers, stockmen, station hands, admin staff, builders, shearers and various contractors - a community all of its own. "the Dag" is the nickname for the Wombramurra station shearing complex. It's a lively outpost where travellers stay overnight or longer and is somewhat of a cultural crossroad on the southeastern corner of the station. |
