Penneshaw Youth Hostel is a small-scale hostel on an ocean-front road in Penneshaw. The hostel is has just gone under new ownership and management and facilities are being upgraded. The atmosphere is casual as befits the setting in this small seaside town; there is outdoor space with lawn and a barbecue will be put in soon. Table tennis and billiards will also be available. Guests are given vouchers for discounted meals at the Pizza Kitchen. No tours are offered by the hostel at this time, but there are a number of options out of Penneshaw and Penneshaw itself is easily explored on foot.
