1  Awful service!!!! We brought our car and parked it in the hostel's backyard. The parking space could only cater for 2 cars & was designed in such a way that the first car could only exit if the second car was moved away. Our car was parked in front of another car which was blocking our way out. When we wanted to check out in the morning, the manager was no where to be seen, his assistants were incapable of finding out the owner of the other car, and when they eventually did, they told us to knock on the door of the car owners ourselves. When the owners did not answer the door, the management did very little to contact the owners or get our car out. After frantically calling the manager, he finally showed up 3 hours later!!! Our time was awfully wasted just waiting for this to get sorted out.  , Australia ()
1  This accommodation was basic as expected for the price but there were a couple of issues that made our stay not as good as hoped. The filthy shower wasn't very nice. I'm not sure if it had ever been cleaned to be honest. We cleaned it before we used it. The toilet had been cleaned so I guess that's something. The beds weren't the best. One was a innersprung mattress that was ok but really was due for replacement and one was a foam mattress that had clearly seen better days and was extremely uncomfortable. The communal kitchen wasn't the best either. There didn't appear to be much in the way of cups and the locker assigned to our room was full of someone else's stuff. The said the location is brilliant and the Manager was friendly although didn't seem to take our concerns seriously.  ()
