Worst customer service ever We booked online and then called and asked if we can change the booking and come 2 days earlier. In the phone it was a "yes, just come here" but when we arrived as agreed, they didn't have any space left and just stated that they don't accept bookings by the phone! They also said something that they don't have a phone at the reception? So they are not responsible what they say on the phone, calls go somewhere else? Staff didn't care what was agreed on and didn't see that there was a problem on their behalf at all. We have never been treated worse in hostel (and we've been now traveling for a year using hostels all the time). — Jenni , Finland (2010-07-28)
