Good location, clean facilities, clean sheets, nice tv area. Doors not locked at anytime, anyone could walk in, but seemed a fairly safe area so it didnt worry me, but i was with a group. Bob (owner/manager) very friendly and helpful!

Great budget option in the middle of Kingscote. No tours on offer so make sure you arrange all that or book a car before arriving. The owner a real friendly and chatty guy.

The location is great within Kingscote, we had a private room which we could lock when we left to go sightseeing for the day. There is a fire place that is frequently stocked up that heats the lounge which is great to come back to during our stay in winter, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

Enjoyable Nice beds and kitchen area. Sheets may not be the cleanest, but it was a good place for a couple college students to stay. The room had some tables and wasn't fully booked so there was some space to spread out. The owner is very nice and helpful with any questions or concerns.
