Excellent. Clean and very welcoming. Can't believe people whine. it's £12.50 a night for gods sake, there are plenty of rooms around Fort William for 100 quid a night if you want perfect. The shower is constantly hot and the place is quiet. when you've done the three peaks, it's a perfect resting place.

I visited here with my girlfriend and the place was dreadful. The staff were rude and I would never stay here again. The area is wonderful, though.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hostel when we were driving around Scotland, and it really didn't impress me much at all. Although there was easy access to some great views nearby, it was really difficult to get to, the staff weren't very friendly, and it didn't seem very clean. Security was poor. There were no locks on the bedroom doors, and the front door was always left open. Besides that, it just doesn't have a friendly vibe, and if you aren't there to be outdoorsy, there isn't much to do.
