Nice and private One plus of this hostel is that because it's a large student dorm in the school year, there's lots and lots of beds and rooms, meaning if you're a traveler and want some alone time, chances are, if you check in here, you'll have a whole room (of four beds plus a shower) to yourself. I think I was the only person even on my entire floor in the middle of tourist season. Sometimes, you want a little privacy after being in ultra-social backpacker places for awhile. The hostel itself is decent. The rooms are spacious, the top floors have great views, the beds are comfy, and they offer a cheap but surprisingly filling breakfast next door. There is a streetcar stop a two-minute walk away. Otherwise, the immediate area is very quiet, residential and leafy, but you're not too far from the center of the action.
Reviewers Wanted: Hostelz.com pays travellers US$10.00 (that's roughly 6€, AU$10, or CAD$10) per hostel to photograph and review hostels. If you're interested, use this form to get more information.
