It's a nice enough place, with a huge lounge area and ok dorm rooms, but if you are wanting somewhere to get information about Buenos Aires and other parts of South America you might not find it here. When we were there, most of the staff didn't seem really interested in helping us out with information, and even simple things, like extra blankets, took quite a while to find. It was however really clean, almost spotless, and the breakfast isn't bad either. But we spoke to people who had been there a few weeks before us and they said it wants cleaning so maybe that side of things is a bit hit and miss.
