I stayed there for a month while having attachment with University of Texas in May and June 2006. Place is very simple but the student community and a very helpful manager and staff always try to make your stay comfortable. Real value for money. given a chance, I will stay again.

There is a special place in my heart for this dorm. My experiences there were memorable and wonderful. The staff is comprised of great people. I would stay there again anytime.

This place is a piece of crap. Do not stay here. It is R&R (rats and roach) infested. Crack addicts live here; people with guns, too.
