Ok location is great, a block from the beach, located above a taco shop (not good mexican food). you can stay by the week and it is $116 for a week. roger the manager is a cool guy who is a big movie buff.

Bad, just plain bad. To many long term people, including people that are in San Diego just to go to Tiajauna for drugs and prostitutes (a few times a week). Roger is a good man but has bad taste in people, a little nieve. Also its dirty and has real bad bathrooms. You've been warned.
