This hostel is for independent travelers who aren't looking to just sit at the hostel and drink! It's in the perfect location with beautiful views. The owner is amazing and treats you like family. The front room by the kitchen was a bit loud. Be ready to walk up a lot of stairs , however the sunset was unforgettable! I spent Christmas here ad I felt like I was at home!

I stayed here one night in a private double bed room with a friend in October. Beautiful hostel, building is from early 20th century!
The hostal owner was really friendly, and made our short stay very nice. The location is good if you like peaceful neighbourhood, but be prepared to climb up the hills!
Rooms were simple, big and clean. Noises from the neareby streest were loud, but what can you expect on a saturday evening.. Also the room was a bit cold because of the weather. Breakfast was good, and all together the hostal is perfect place to stay if you are not with a big group. I would definately stay there again.

It had a nice family feel. The owner is quite amiable and helpful when he is there. We had a decent view of the city from our room. I felt safe in the area.

We were made to feel right at home from the moment we arrived - the owner helped us out of a potentially sticky situation with our 'taxi' driver, who turned out to be fake! The place is beautiful with lots of space in a great location. I would highly recommend this place to stay!

Great place with a very concerned host...we took part in a self-made dinner and party which they do every (?) saturday and it was a lot of fun to get together with other guests

I did really enjoy every moment I spent in Little Castle Hostel. Since our arrival, Patrício (host) was always present, asking if we need for some help and offering tips about local things. The view is beautiful and the hostel is cozy.

The hostel is on the cerra castilla - by far the nicest part of Vina del Mar. Patricio, the owner, was very friendly and helpful and the hostel which looks basic from the outside is in fact a stunning old building
