All our accommodation types are air conditioned and dorm beds are divided between 46 dorm rooms of various sizes and all the dorm have ensuites. Each bed has its' own locker, night light and a convenient shelf for Ipods and stuff. Linen is included with a very fluffy pillow and a warm duvet in winter.
The all inclusive price gets you breakfast, all day tea/coffee and use of the ADSL, and WIFI internet (yes,the PCs have Skype).

Met some great people but let down by poor staff (arranging airport pickups that didnt exist and not asking a group of 50 people arriving at 6AM to stop shouting at the top of their voices). Rooms clean and bathrooms adequate. Would not recommend - look elsewhere

The location is great, they provide good breakfast.
However the staff was not very helpful. I wanted to go to the airport, they told me I have to take a taxy (it was Tet) as there are no busses or cheaper transport. However, I found out that there is a shuttle bus for one third the price of a taxi. I booked a Ha Long Bay tour through them which was ok and the price was about average. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay, but go somehwere else for your travel arrangements.

very good location, the staffs were so friendly and helpful.I stayed here for 3 nights and they gave me a good impressive.the free internet with skype, free breakfast with butter,jam, eggs, coffee, tea,banana...I did the tour to Ha Long Bay with a group of young people in the hostel.it was amazing!

Nice and very cheap place to stay! However, I don't think the hostel has 6 bed dorms as stated on the page. Apparently , the dorms have 12 beds!

BEST HOSTEL IN VIET NAM.Great place to meet other people and travelers, The staffs were very friendly and helpful.Bathroom was very very clean, Great location, especially for wandering around in the Old Quarter. Budget tour to Ha Long Bay (3 days 2 nights by Minh Sinh Travels, or something) is perfect ,value for money.hihly recommend this hostel

The place was clean and the bunks were new and large but the staff seemed uninterested in the customers. Its very close to most of the Hanoi action but the common room wasn't the most hospitable place to hang out. So it has its good points and bad.

this is the best hostel I have ever stayed.the free breakfast were better than I expect, the dorm bed was far better than I thought,has nice bathroom.The staffs were very friendly, especially Anna was very nice and helpful.I and my wife were very happy with the tour we booked through the hostel.very very good value hostel.highly recommend to all the backpackers
