Amberland Hostel offers a range of new apartments with beautiful views of the city at very reasonable prices.
Our staff are helpful and friiendly and are on hand 24 hours a day to solve any of your problems and help you make the most of your holiday. We can help you choose a popular bar and club or organise a trip or excursion.
Guests can unwind in our common room and enjoy a good movie from our extensive DVD collection on our huge LCD TV complete with satellite TV.
Other facilities include a self-service kitchen with all the modern conveniences, a library and book exchange, 24 hour reception and laundry facilities including a washing machine.
Bed linen and towels are included.

Very nice hostel - clean rooms, not far from the center of town, friendly staff, which help us many times.
And it is only one hostel in Kaliningrad.
If we visit Kaliningrad next time we will stay here.

1. Basically the only hostel in Kaliningrad, where you can book online
2. Really friendly staff, willing to help, give advice, show directions, etc
3. Not far from the center of the city
4. Just opened - new rooms, not many visitors

1. Unclear directions on how to get there from the airport on the site
2. The shortest road to the hostel from the bus-stop seems unsafe - be careful when walking late nights (I saw one guy getting Russian PIZDULI once)
3. Mayskaya str where the hostel is located is just built - nobody the hell knows how to get there, even locals (GPS, Google maps can't locate the hostel)
Overall impressions: really good & nice hostel, one of the best I've ever seen
