Good, should be three star for the service and people who work here Good, should be three star for the service and people who work here. I like about this place that the staff over here is very reassuring that there will be no surprises of what kind so ever. They are very kind, they even do some shopping for you as a guest when you do not feel like going out. They do not overcharge and ask reasonable and fair prices for tea, coffee, and breakfast. No hustling, no nonsense, and a good atmosphere. Not to noisy in the hotel. It is a clean hotel and being kept clean. So I would really like to recommend this place, I've seen about more than twenty hotels in Cairo, some 4-star, some 3-star, some 2-star, but this one I like far the most. Because it makes you feel comfortable without any nonsense or luxuries they cannot afford or serve. — Anonymous , Canada (2011-01-15)
