We constantly strive to keep a friendly and cozy atmosphere in our lovely hostel. We offer you full equipped guest kitchen, clean linen, laundry service, hot shower, Wi-Fi internet. Сoffee and tea are free. The hostel provides daytime luggage storage free of charge so you can go to explore the city.

You can have a rest in slipping rooms or chat and discuss news from all around the world in spacious room equipped with sofas, internet facilities, library and amazing view of the sea. Our english speaking staff is always willing to help you with anything that you may need. We offer budget tour packages, trips & transfers and can book chip taxis, train tickets and much more.

This hostel is founded by backpackers for backpackers. Mixmix hostel is located near the seaport and has a magnificent view of the Golden Horn bay and the Eastern Bosphorus. 5-10 minutes away by bus from the historical city of Vladivostok.

Meeting at the train station and transfer to the hostel is free of charge for the groups with 3 or more people staying for more than 1 night.
! Please keep in mind that all trains in Russia run on Moscow time (Vladivostok time = Moscow time + 7hr). So if your train ticket says that arrival time is 1am that, in fact, means 8am local time.

The owners of the hostel are Russian backpackers Oleg Zoboff (aka Brut in www.hospitalityclub.org and www.bpclub.ru) and Alex Anufrieff (aka Goodwin). We have traveled around Russia, Europe, China and South-East Asia. We were concerned about the lack of cheap hostels in our city and have decided to open the first hostel in Vladivostok.

Location	•Krygina str 42a, Egersheld township, Vladivostok, Russia • Getting to the hostel: How to get to the apartment from the train station: 1) Cross the Aleutskaya street, then turn right and cross one more street by the pedestrian crossing. Walk along Aleutskaya st. about 15 or 20 meters. Here you should take a bus (any #) and get off at the 5th stop (in about 12 min) named "Yarmarka na Krigina". 2) 150 Rub private taxi. • From the bus station: 1) Take a bus #81 and get off at the bus stop named "Yarmarka na Krigina". 2) 200 Rub private taxi. • From the airport: 1) For the beginning take any bus to the train station or to the bus station. Then continue your way from the one of these points. • How to find your way after you get off the bus: From the bus stop place you will see two great buildings near each other: 14-flors brick-red one and 10-flors pink and yellow one. The second one is your! Walk in its yard, continue walking along the buildings – our entrance is the last one – in the corner. The entrance has an outside door phone – press "1-3-3" on it – we well answer you and open the door. Use an elevator inside the building, our apartment is on the 4th floor.

The hostel is easy to reach from the train station. The location is very nice! Also, the view from it is very beautiful, because of the sea (at least when the weather is nice). Also, if you're traveling with luggage, there's a lift at the building, so you don't have to go up floors carrying the luggage to reach the apartment. Another thing which I liked is that Andrey (staff) is very nice and does what he can to help you. I arrived in the city without the address (just with his phone number), early in the morning and he helped me to find the hostel. There are beds, internet, WiFi, heaters and hot water - all the things you need.Though the hostel is located a bit from the old center, it is super easy to get in by bus (11Rub).To get to the hostel from the airport take bus #107 (from the right end as you come out of the terminal of the parking lot, 60Rub, buy ticket inside wooden house). I stayed at this hostel for 3 nights. On the first I was woken up early in the morning by people coming back from nightclub, The second a group of people where playing acoustic music until the early hours of the morning. This I accepted as staying in back packer accomodation. What annoyed me was on the third night I was the only person staying there. I was listening to some AC/DC on utube. One of the people looking after the place told me to turn it down which I did, even though it wasn't exceptionally loud and I closed the door. Then a little bit later I was told me to turn it off all together. at about 9.30-10.00. I wasn't annoying other guests as I was the only person there. We stayed one night at the hostel. Location not bad, good access with public transport and close to the sea shore. Price a bit higher due to late reservation. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything worked good, only we expected lower price for the washing mashine. Internet free of charge... Shorter beds but that's problem I encounter regularly with my 190 cm.
